About: Zach is the son of C.S. “Chip” Chiepalich and is an associate attorney at C.S. Chiepalich P.C. Zach is a Mobile native and graduated from McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in 2017. Shortly after graduating from high school, Zach enlisted in the Alabama Army National Guard and has served in multiple units throughout his time in college and law school. Zach graduated from Auburn University in 2021 with a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Finance and began law school at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in the fall of 2021. While in law school, Zach served as the Student Materials Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and graduated Cum Laude in the top 10% of his class as well as interning with the Jefferson County Alabama Presiding Judge, the Hon. Elisabeth French. Zach is passionate about defending the rights of his clients and pursuing the best possible resolution of every case. His dedication to his clients and love of the practice of law is evident from the personal care and support that he provides to every client.
Personal: Zach enjoys hunting, fishing, athletics, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. He and his wife have one daughter and live in Mobile where they attend St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
